Hastings Intermediate School - "The Get Involved School"

All students are provided with 45 minute Drawing, Graphics & Design lessons which they attend in half class groups, for a total of two terms. During these lessons students learn a range of drawing skills and techniques, such as observational drawing/sketching, adding tone and form, and perspective drawing, as well as the key principles and processes of design. Drawing, Graphics & Design is a subject which aids in setting some of the groundwork for other visual arts and technology subjects offered at Hastings Intermediate, and at secondary schools to follow.
