Food Technology
Last year it was airline food, this year our Yr 8 students will be developing a new product for the Cookietime Company. The focus of this 9 week unit will be modelling concepts and gathering stakeholder feedback to ensure their product is suitable for sale in school canteens nationwide.
Year 7 students will be testing and trialling a variety of ingredients (sweet and savoury) and modifying a basic pizza recipe. Ultimately they aim to develop a prototype of a pizza product suitable to sell in the ‘Fresh Tastes’ cafe.
